t(w)o wanderers (2010)

This CD of compositions by Book and collaborative partner, Katharina Klement was recorded live at Amman Studios, Vienna, 2010, following the creation of a large-scale performance media project on Utopias, called RE:garding Next (2007-08). Book and Klement have worked together as a duo since 1999, developing experimental new music works derived from structured improvisations for voice, electronics, sound effects and extended piano.

The title composition, t(w)o wanderers was built around an accumulation and deconstruction strategy of musical and rhythmic phrases which influenced the text composition whose language was drawn from journal writings.
