RE:garding Next 2 - timeflows
An installation featuring a video loop of the process of performing utopia-work - acts of imagination that appear and recede in an endless play for the future. Passages from the project production of RE:garding Next, a collaborative culture project (2007) will be projected onto a series of fluttering discs that move in and out of definition as a mirage on the plane of possibility.
Threading is a collaboration with Kristin Mariani Frieman whose "Thread Tracings" form a recurrent architecture of daily task making that Lynn responds to with her own journaling palimpsest of voice/text/drawings resulting in an antiphony of mark making on time and body becomings.

Lynn will conduct Making New, a week long workshop for MFA candidates at Transart Institute, July 13 - 19 in Linz, Austria. "Revaluing creative imagination is an overt agenda for this workshop starting with the idea that creative potential is enfolded into everyday choices with future consequences for self, others and the world."
